It has been a gorgeous season with a lot to be grateful for. October has been a fantastic month for the fields. Pumpkins are in, tups are out and the trial fields have been busy. Starting off October with a bang was Trailing of the Sheep in Hailey, Idaho. It was another fantastic year with awesome sheep challenging the best of the best out there. You could not ask for more gorgeous weather in a beautiful location to set the scene. Our members were on the fields and in the pens testing their skills and showcasing the the definition of teamwork. From the handlers and dogs to the support of the event we could not be prouder of the individuals that come together to make events like this happen and this community what it is.
Following not long after was the much loved annual Catbird trial in Cheney, Washington. Two weeks of challenging courses and excellent sheep showcased the talent of dogs and handlers alike and offered them the opportunity to step up their game. Congratulations to everyones success's and we are looking forward to watching those teams on the rise.
